Heimat Consult is established

Founded in Mombasa with the goal of building a real estate firm that delivers consistently — not biggest, but most trusted. First development moves into planning.

2023

First developments break ground

Construction begins on Umoja Residency. Sales open with strong early uptake.

Darajo Heights and Rosewood Residence enter development. Property management division formalised.
